Anti-Ganglioside 12 LINE

MEDIPAN GmbH

In the investigations of a peripheral neuropathy with a possible immunological background detection of antibodies against gangliosides is considered very important for the diagnosis, but also provides therapeutically relevant information regarding the subtype of neuropathic disease (i.e Guillain-Barré syndrome, Miller-Fisher syndrome and others). The Anti-Ganglioside 12 LINE is the ideal and efficient tool to support this important task, offering with 12 different antigens the possibility to have the largest patient profile in the market. In contrast to commercially available ELISA, the Anti-Ganglioside 12 LINE due to its optimal orientation of the antigens, allows a binding of only specific antibodies to the disease relevant epitope. The test gives reliable results for 12 different anti-gangliside antibodies in short time and can be run easily manually or completely automated using a DotDiver2.0.

Advantages of the product

  • Efficient tool with the largest patient profile in the market
  • Optimal orientation of the antigens on specific matrix
  • Easily performed either manually or completely automated using a DotDiver2.0
